Here you can order our leaflet, "want to take your complaint further?" There are two leaflets, one for complaints about financial businesses, and the other for complaints about claims management companies.

Supplies are free to public libraries, consumer advice agencies such as Citizens Advice, and trading standards departments. If this applies to you, please create an account and select the option "non-chargeable account".

Leaflets come in packs of 25 or boxes of 825, as well as in various different languages.

Covid-19 status update

We are still able to process orders for leaflets at this time. However, we cannot currently accept cheques. You can order leaflets through this site using a debit or credit card; you can also choose to pay by bank transfer.
